1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options to meet your delivery needs. The available shipping methods may vary based on your location and the items in your order. All orders are shipped from our store in Indianapolis, Indiana.

2. Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders $50 or more. This promotion is only available to customers having orders shipping within the United States of America. Please note that free shipping eligibility may be subject to change and the minimum purchase amount required for free shipping will be clearly communicated on our website.

3. Shipping Rates

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates are determined based on the shipping method chosen, the destination address, and the total weight and dimensions of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

4. Packaging and Protection

We take great pride in the careful packing and protection of your Dragon Ball Heroes cards. Your cards will always be placed in protective sleeves, top loaders, or team bags, and  will be secured within a sturdy and appropriately sized box or bubble mailer. Additional padding and protective materials will be used as needed to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Handling Time

We strive to process and pack orders promptly. Our standard handling time is 1 business days from the date of your purchase, but if your order is placed by 2PM EST, we can provide same-day shipping.  Please note that this handling time may vary during peak seasons or for orders with large quantities.

6. Shipping Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and depend on the selected shipping method and your location. For standard shipping, purchases typically take 2 to 5 business days to get delivered, after processing. While we make every effort to ensure your cards reach you on time, please be aware that delivery times may vary, especially during peak shipping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

9. Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please Contact Us and reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

10. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package cannot be located, but has been marked as delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for further information. We provide tracking numbers for all orders placed with MNA Cardz and once items have been accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title passes to the customer. 11. Change of Address

To avoid shipping errors, please double-check and ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the checkout process. If you need to change the address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
