4. Do you sell Dragon Ball cards internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We can only sell and ship orders within the United States of America.

The images displayed on our website are actual photos of the Dragon Ball cards available for sale. All products on our website are photographed to highlight the detail, texture, and design of every card we have in stock. We maintain a "near mint" standard for all our Dragon Ball cards. Our rigorous inspection process ensures that every card listed in our store is in excellent condition with smooth surfaces, clean edges, and minimal imperfections. 7. An item I want is sold out - how can I get notified when it's back in stock?
If an item is sold out and you would like to be notified when it's back in stock, add the item to your wish list by clicking on the heart-shaped icon on the product image. Once the item is added to your wish list, you will receive notifications on all deals, discounts, promotions, and restocks relating to that product.
8. How are Dragon Ball cards packed and protected during shipping?
We take great care to ensure your Dragon Ball cards are well-protected during shipping. Each card is placed in a protective sleeve, top loader, or team bag and is secured within a sturdy box or bubble mailer. Additional padding and protective materials are used as needed. 9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is sent out and accepted by the shipping carrier, please be aware that responsibility for the item(s) is transferred over the customer. In order to avoid shipping errors, please double-check and ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the checkout process. 10. When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. For standard shipping, purchases typically take 2 to 5 business days to get delivered, after processing. 11. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and use the information on the dashboard to monitor the progress of your delivery.
12. An item I want is sold out. How can I get notified when it's back in stock?

13. What is your policy on canceled orders?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on quick shipping so please let us know before we send out the order. Once the order is accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the item(s) will transfer over to the customer. For standard returns (not resulting from damage or defectives) a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

If you receive product(s) that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately by filling out our Contact Form. We will provide instructions on how to return the items or arrange for replacements. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution. We strive for excellent quality in our product(s) so any defective items received will be replaced free of cost to the customer.
