Returns & Refunds
By completing a purchase on MNA Cardz, you agree to the terms outlined below. MNA Cardz sells graded collectibles, sealed trading card products, individual trading cards, and related accessories. Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of these items, all returns must strictly follow the procedures set forth in this policy.
1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

A Return Authorization (RMA) is requested and approved before any item is shipped back.

The item is in the exact same condition as when originally shipped.

The item has not been opened, tampered with, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Returns sent without prior RMA approval are considered unauthorized returns and are not eligible for refund.
2. Required Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be initiated through your MNA Cardz customer account.
To initiate a return:

Log into your customer account.

Select the applicable order.

Click “Request Return.”

Provide the reason for the return and any relevant details.
All return requests submitted through the MNA Cardz customer portal are reviewed by our team prior to approval. Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
If approved, MNA Cardz will issue an official return shipping label. The issued label and associated tracking number will be recorded within our system and linked to the approved Return Authorization (RMA).
Only merchandise returned using the authorized shipping label issued by MNA Cardz and linked to the approved RMA will qualify for refund consideration.
3. Product-Specific Return Conditions
3.1 Graded Slabs

Certification numbers must match the original order.

Slabs must not be cracked, tampered with, altered, or replaced.

Protective casing must remain intact.
3.2 Sealed Booster Boxes and Packs

Products must remain factory sealed.
-
Original shrink wrap must be intact and untampered.
-
Opened or resealed product is not eligible for return.
3.3 Single Cards

Cards must remain in original shipped condition.
-
No bends, scratches, whitening, edge wear, or handling damage.
-
Items must match the condition documented at shipment.
3.4 Accessories (Binders, Supplies, etc.)

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Return Shipping Requirements

All approved returns must be shipped using the return label provided by MNA Cardz. This ensures proper documentation, tracking, and association with the original order.

Returns shipped using a carrier or label not authorized by MNA Cardz will be considered unauthorized returns and will not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund if a label is provided.

Refunds are processed only after merchandise is physically received and verified.
MNA Cardz is not responsible for returned items lost, damaged, or misdelivered in transit if the approved return label and required shipping protections are not used.
5. Inspection and Verification
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.
In order to be eligible for refund, the return must:

Have an approved Return Authorization (RMA) issued through the MNA Cardz customer portal.

Be documented in our system prior to shipment.
-
Be shipped using the authorized return label provided by MNA Cardz.
The tracking number associated with the returned package must match the authorized return label issued and recorded by MNA Cardz. Packages not matching the recorded return authorization will not qualify for refund.
MNA Cardz documents product condition, certification numbers, and shipment details prior to dispatch.
Upon receipt, we verify:

The RMA matches the original order.

Certification numbers match the original shipment (for graded slabs).

Seals remain intact (for sealed products).
-
Items are in the same condition as originally shipped.

No tampering, substitution, or alteration has occurred.
If returned merchandise:

Is not associated with an approved RMA,
-
Does not match the original order,
-
Contains swapped or substituted items,
-
Shows evidence of tampering,
-
Or is not in the same condition as originally shipped,
No refund will be issued.
MNA Cardz reserves the right to document and retain evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent return attempts for dispute resolution purposes.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after all of the following conditions are met:

The return was properly initiated through the MNA Cardz customer portal and an approved RMA was issued.

The return is documented within our system.
-
The merchandise is physically received.
-
Inspection and verification are successfully completed.

The returned items match the original order and meet eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Refund eligibility is strictly conditioned upon compliance with all return procedures outlined in this policy.
Returns that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless store credit is selected.
Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for processing.
7. Unauthorized Returns
Packages received without an approved RMA are considered unauthorized returns and are not eligible for refund. Such packages may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Delivery confirmation or signature confirmation to any address not associated with an authorized return label issued and recorded by MNA Cardz does not constitute proof of a valid return under this policy.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.
To request cancellation, you must contact us immediately and provide:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow the official return procedure outlined above.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact MNA Cardz within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Failure to follow the return procedures outlined in this policy may result in denial of refund eligibility.

MNA Cardz reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that specific order.
Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
