1. Returns

MNA Cardz strives to provide you with the highest quality Dragon Ball Heroes cards on the market with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original packaging and the same condition as when you received them.

Please note that shipping costs for standard returns (as in not resulting from damage or defect) will need to be paid by the customer. If we provide a shipping label for a standard return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the overall refund. If the return is valued at over $50, we recommend that you add a tracking service to the returned package. This is important as refunds are only processed when the return is safely received and restocked.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team using the Return Request Form below, with your full name, order number, and issue with your order. 

b. Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging, ensuring that they are protected during transit.

c. Clearly mark the your order number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the product(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For standard returns (not resulting from damage or defect) a restocking fee of 15% will be applied, subtracting that amount from the overall refund.

4. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Product(s)¬†that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Product(s) that are not in their original condition.
  • Product(s) that have been damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive product(s) that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately by filling out our Contact Form. We will provide instructions on how to return the items or arrange for replacements. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution. We strive for excellent quality in our product(s) so any defective items received will be replaced free of cost to the customer.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Please provide your full name and order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following the instructions provided above.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy.
